Take a Look at How Four Implants Can Support a Denture...

How Is All-On-4 Different from Traditional Dental Implant Treatment?
All-on-4 is a dental implant placement technique developed by Nobel Biocare™—one of the leaders in implant dentistry.
The treatment is designed to be a minimally invasive, cost-effective method for restoring an entire arch of teeth. For patients with bone loss at our Los Algodones office, All-on-4 can often eliminate the need for a bone graft. When performing All-on-4, dentists place the two posterior implants at a 45-degree angle to make contact with as much bone tissue as possible. All-on-4 also allows dentists to attach a temporary denture on the same day of surgery so that you never have to go without teeth.

Most Patients Who Are Missing Teeth Will Qualify for All-on-4 Implants
Generally, if you qualify for traditional dental implants, you are also a candidate for All-on-4. In fact, some patients who cannot receive traditional implants, such as those who cannot undergo a bone graft, may still have access to treatment with All-on-4.
An ideal candidate for All-on-4 meets certain requirements, including:
Worried about Going to Mexico for Dental Work?
Patients throughout the United States and Canada visit our Los Algodones dental office every day because our treatment is trusted, safe, and affordable. In Mexico, the price of dental care is much lower than that of American dentists, but we operate with the same high level of care and safety standards at all times.
In addition, our entire personnel is fluent in English and can coordinate your stay from start to finish so that you can focus on yourself, your family, and your new smile.
Advanced Technology for More Precise Treatment
At Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry Center, we have a range of state-of-the-art technologies that allow us to customize your treatment in the office. We use computed tomography (CT) scans to carefully map out your treatment, as well as intraoral scans and smile design software to design your restoration. Our team can also print a surgical guide on our in-office 3-D printer to ensure the precise placement of each of the four implants.
In addition, we use advanced techniques, such as platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and plasma rich in growth factors (PRGF®), to speed the healing process after bone grafting and implant placement.

How to Prepare for Your Dental Implant Procedure
The first step in starting dental implant treatment is contacting our Los Algodones dental practice. Our English-speaking personnel will coordinate your transportation, accommodations, and book your procedure.
To ensure the success and safety of your dental treatment, we recommend that you:
- Stop smoking: Smoking can result in poor healing and increase the risk of complications during your procedure.
- Keep your blood sugar in check: If you are diabetic, you should maintain healthy glucose levels to help your body heal more efficiently.
- Prepare a list of medications: Bring a list of medications to your appointment so that our dentist can ensure that none of them counteract with the treatment.
Our team is always available to answer your questions about treatment, and will provide a full list of pre-operative instructions prior to surgery.
All-on-4 Treatment Takes Several Months But You Can Have Full Function While You Heal
- First, we will administer anesthesia and sedation to ensure your comfort.
- Dr. Valenzuela will make small incisions into your gums.
- He will place the two front implants vertically into your jaw and the two back posts at a slight angle.
- We usually place a temporary restoration so you can enjoy full function while you heal.
- It typically takes four to six months for the implants to fuse with your jawbone.
- Once you have fully healed, Dr. Valenzuela can design and place a custom restoration for a fully restored smile.

Does All-on-4 Cost More Than Other Options?
Replacing all the teeth in your upper or lower jaw can become expensive. While traditional dentures are less expensive than implant-supported, they typically require more maintenance costs in the long-term. In general, All-on-4 implants are a more cost-effective option for permanently restoring a full arch of teeth.
There are several factors which can affect the final cost of your treatment, including:
